- I created a beautiful collection of mindful prints for kids and families. A few years ago, I was searching for artistic posters to help integrate and help as a reminder to add mindfulness practices in my own family. As an artist, I appreciate beautiful wall art that adds charm and personality to my home, but I couldn't seem to find any prints that would fit in my interior decor. I was looking for a print to hang next to our dining table, close enough to read it and discuss it periodically as a family. I decided to paint this botanical family values print (who is now hanging next to my plants and dining table) to serve as a source of inspiration for families and add a touch of elegance and serenity to my decor.

Incorporating mindful practices into your child’s daily routine can make a big difference in their emotional and mental well-being. The ten practices I've discussed, from simple breathing exercises to creative activities like mindful drawing, to integrating my mindful art into the home and kids lives, offer valuable tools to help kids manage stress, focus better, and build resilience. These practices can also strengthen your bond as you explore them together. Remember, the key is to be consistent and patient. Mindfulness is a skill that develops over time, so start small and stay committed. With these practices, you'll help your child grow into a more focused, calm, and mindful individual.
