I'm thrilled to share a glimpse behind the scenes of my artistic process and shed light on a decision that sets my art business apart: my commitment to in-house printing using professional-grade equipment.

  1. Unparalleled Quality Control:

I believe that every stroke of a brush and every detail in our art should be captured with precision and perfection. By investing in a in-house professional printing facility, I have full control over the entire printing process. From selecting the finest materials and papers to meticulously calibrating our professional printers, I ensure that every piece that leaves our studio meets the highest standards of quality. 

All of my art prints are made to order reproductions of original watercolor paintings scanned by a high quality Epson scanner at 300dpi or higher. Although slight variance does exist from the original, I do my best to ensure consistency by conducting ink tests to ensure that the colors of my prints match the real painting as closely as possible. Please note that the images on your screen may vary slightly in color from the actual print.

4. Printing to order minimizes paper waste and prevents running out of stock by producing items only when they are requested by customers. Unlike traditional printing methods that require large quantities to be produced in advance and stored in warehouses, printing to order allows for a more efficient and sustainable approach. This means that each item is printed individually as orders are received, reducing the need for excess inventory and eliminating the risk of items becoming obsolete or going unsold. By printing to order, I can ensure that resources are used more efficiently, leading to less paper waste and a more sustainable business model overall. Additionally, this approach allows for greater flexibility in offering a wider variety of designs and customization options to meet the unique preferences of our customers.

Giclée prints are a pinnacle in archival inkjet art printing, capturing the essence of fine art with exceptional precision and longevity. Using high-quality archival inks and specialized professional printers, giclée reproductions showcase intricate details, vibrant colors, and a broad tonal range.

Renowned for their museum-quality standards, giclée prints ensure longevity, resisting fading and deterioration over time. Elevate your space with the timeless allure of giclée, where each print embodies the true spirit of the original artwork.

Professional archival Bamboo Paper:

Most of my standard size art is printed on the world’s first professional fine art inkjet archival paper made from 90% bamboo fibers. Bamboo is a rapidly renewable resource, making it a sustainable alternative to traditional paper sources. 

The natural white, warm-toned bamboo paper does not contain optical brighteners, and stands out thanks to its soft, lightly textured felt structure and sensual feel. Bamboo is acid- and lignin-free and meets the most precise requirements in terms of age resistance. The unique combination of sustainable bamboo fibres, soft surface texture and impressive print quality gives the artwork outstanding expression and soul. My choice of natural archival paper reflects my commitment to preserving not only the longevity of my artwork but also the health of our ecosystems.

I understand the importance of sustainability and quality in every aspect of my creations. While my greeting cards, flashcard sets and some of our other products may not utilize bamboo archival paper, I remain committed to choosing the best eco-friendly alternatives whenever it's possible. My dedication to environmental responsibility extends beyond aesthetics, ensuring that each piece is crafted on paper that not only meets our high standards for quality but also reflects our commitment to a greener, more sustainable future. 

  • Small prints (5 x 7", 8x10", 11 x 14") are usually shipped in flat cardboard envelope accompanied by a backing board to prevent any bending during transit. On occasion they may ship to you rolled, for example, if your order is placed with larger size prints. 
  • Larger art prints are rolled in a protective tissue paper and ship in sturdy cardboard packaging tube.
  • After receiving your large print, carefully unroll and place ends under a heavy, flat object - allow 1 to 2 days to flatten completely

Payments & Safety

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Yes, I accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

I accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

I also accept Shop Pay, Google pay, MetaPay and Paypal.

As a contribution to my sustainability efforts and commitment to saving trees, I have decided not to include a printed receipt with your order unless specifically requested during checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation via email containing all the necessary details.

This practice also simplifies gift orders, as the prices of the items will not be revealed in the shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

My business is based on a print-on-demand model. Printing and expedition takes 4-6 days before shipping.

Orders will be dispatched either through USPS or UPS, contingent upon your location and the nature of the items being shipped. Available providers and services will be visible during the checkout process.

As for now, note that we ship orders to US and Canada only.

How long will it take for my package to arrive (USA)? 

  • UPS Standard : Arrives in 3-7 days. Tracking numbers included. Includes up to $100 in insurance.
  • USPS First Class: Most orders within the USA ship within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. No tracking number. Three Acorns Studio will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or missing packages that have not been insured.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Arrives 1-3 business days, but is not guaranteed, and includes up to $100 in insurance. During holiday times, priority is recommended (November - December).
  • USPS Priority Express Mail: Arrives 1-2 business days guaranteed. They come with tracking and full insurance.

How long do International Orders take to arrive?

Please anticipate a delivery window of 4-6 weeks from the shipment date for your items to reach you. While often they may arrive earlier, please note that delivery time depends on both the postal service and customs processes in your country and the USA.

  • UPS Standard International : Arrives in 2-7 days. Tracking numbers included. Includes up to $100 in insurance.
  • USPS First Class International : Arrives in 2-6 weeks. Includes tracking numbers within the US. Are NOT insured.
  • USPS Priority Mail International : Arrives between 6-10 business days, but is not guaranteed. Tracking numbers valid within US and are NOT insured.
  • USPS Priority Express Mail International: Takes between 3-7 business days. Fully traceable and insured. If you make a purchase over $100 USD Express mail is highly recommended, as this is the only method of shipping that offers FULL insurance.

Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders (US) over 100$.

Currently, our shipping is limited to the United States and Canada.

Custom and import taxes for international shipping :

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that might apply. Orders to Canada may be subject to import customs/and/or Duty taxes (including VAT) to collect their packages. Three Acorns Studio is not responsible for these charges if they applied or for any delays due to customs.


Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Returns & Refunds & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is super important to me!

We are not able to accept returns, exchanges, refunds or order cancellations because our prints are made to order.

Since I guarantee the quality of my products, I do accept returns & exchanges only if my product arrives damaged.

I deeply apologize if your product has arrived damaged, and I'm dedicated to promptly resolving the issue to guarantee your satisfaction. Rest assured, I will replace it at no cost to you or issue a refund as soon as possible, subject to inventory availability.

A refund request for a damaged product can be submitted within 14 days after the purchase is made.

Refunds issued may take up to 10 days to process.
